Design Charette 2022

This is a 9 day project from February 2022.

In a team of three, we were taskedwith finding a way to repair and improve a set of broken shoes. The soles were missing. My group analyzed the probably buyer of the shoes, looked for ways to increas etheir use and prevent future repair, and eventually landed on this design: a reinforced transforming loafer and dress shoe. We then patterned, sewed, and reinforced the shoes ourselves, and sculpted and cast the new soles as well.
